All back together again!

Well we are finally together and we are back home in Kentucky! It was a fast trip! We were thinking we would be in CA for about 3 weeks but it ended up just being a week! The Marine Corps let him leave a little early! I had a great time, eventhough we didn't get to see everyone that we wanted to see and we didn't get to spend much time with the ones we did see! But your days get cut a little short with Carson! He was stuck on KY time for a little bit so he was waking up at 630 in the morning and going to bed about 700 at night! So it was hard to see people during the day when they work!

I know, everyone is wondering how the reunion went!!!! Jamie thinks Carson's face was priceless. I was watching Jamie so I didn't see it! Jamie didn't know that we were right outside of his gate so we were waiting right there when he got off the plane. Carson's eyes got really big and he just stared at Jamie, like "I know that face, but normally it is on the computer." I tried to hand Carson to Jamie right away, but he didn't like! He just stared at him! Jamie ended up putting him on his shoulders and that warmed him up. By the time we were in baggage claim we would ask Carson where Daddy was and he would point right to him and was hugging and giving him kisses! And now.... he is all over Daddy! They are having a lot of fun together! It is awesome to watch them play together!

Back to California.... we got to visit with Jamie's brother and his kids, a few friends and even my brother ended up being in San Diego for the weekend so we got to see him and my sister in law! We also went to Disneyland 2 days!!! It was so much fun and Carson just had a blast! Oh yeah and Carson's surgery went awesome and guess what... he is talking!!! He says all kinds of things, Mama, Dada, Cracker, Cookie, Car, Hat, Ball, etc. And he makes lots of sounds, like Choo Choo and Vroom Vroom (for a motorcycle). I can't believe how much the surgery changed him! He is just a happy, healthy little guy! Here are a few pics!
